2. If desired, visit a home construction in progress. We welcome you to visit any other project we have in progress to get a first-hand view of our operation. To schedule an appointment, click here.

3. Finalize the details. Here we confirm the specific details of your home based on our initial meeting.

4. Design and approve the blueprint. We go to work developing your blueprint and working with you until all issues are addressed and accurate.

5. Receive final bid from Carbaugh & Root and sign contracts. Once all financing issues are handled and all contracts and agreements are signed, we're ready to get started!

7. Monitor Progress. We encourage and invite you to take an active role in the progress of your home. Certainly we will be in contact with you anytime we have questions, but you are welcome on-site at anytime to monitor the progress of construction.

8. Move in! Enjoy your new dream home! Invite all of your friends and family over to see it!

9. Receive support and service from Carbaugh & Root. Yes, even after you move in, Carbaugh & Root stands behind its work. For one year everything in your home is under warranty. For a second year, all of your major systems such as cooling/heating are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
